Chiropractic Manipulation (CMT)

Chiropractic Manipulation (CMT): Data concludes that spinal manipulation may be helpful for several conditions in addition to back pain, including migraine and cervicogenic (neck-related) headaches, neck pain, upper- and lower-extremity joint conditions. CMT: The high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) technique is among the oldest and most frequently used chiropractic techniques. We are both diversified practitioners.

Hot and Cold Therapy

Ice therapy and or Heat therapy to promote soft tissue healing, reduce swelling and pain and promote better tissue elasticity.

Manual Therapy (Deep Tissue Massage)

Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) helps to modulate pain, increase joint motion, and reduce or eliminate soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction, induce relaxation & improve tissue extensibility. We offer Graston certified practitioner and trained in Active Release Technique (ART).

Kinesio Taping (KT)

The Kinesio Taping Method is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. We offer KT certified practitioner.

Intersegmental Traction (IST):

IST Increases mobility, stretches ligaments and muscles, Reduces muscle spasms, Increases blood flow and oxygen to discs, ligaments and muscles, thereby improving balance, strength and mobility.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS):

Electrical impulses that mimic the action potential that comes from the central nervous system (brain), causing the muscles to contract, effective to promote healing and reduce spasms and pain.

Therapeutic Ultrasound (US):

Ultrasound is a method of stimulating tissue beneath the skin’s surface using very high frequency sound waves, which cannot be heard by humans, to increase blood flow, reduce swelling and scar tissue.

Therapeutic Exercise:

Therapeutic Exercise is bodily movement prescribed to correct an impairment, improve musculoskeletal function, or maintain a state of well-being. Our service varies from highly restricted to specific muscles and ranges to being more body generalized.

Therapeutic Activity Training

Activity that involves the use of functional, dynamic tasks from everyday living to improve range of motion and strength. This is a functional task that directly mimics real-life activity to improve the quality of life.

Neuromuscular Reeducation (NMR):

NMR of movement, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, and proprioception. Examples include, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Feldenkrais Methods, BAP’s and desensitization techniques.

Proper nutrition helps patients to master one of the most important prerequisites for good health: a balanced diet. Whether patients hope to lose weight, compete in a triathlon or manage a chronic illness.
